The first mods I will plan to do is power disc brakes and suspension then the powertrain. I need to build something I know she can drive and she will be safe in. Why a v8? Bucket seats, Disc brakes, fuel injection, aftermarket support and because it's a v8 and I want it. The more I read about the car the more I understood what I wanted for her in a falcon My decision was now clear, If I am going to build a falcon at minimum it will need to be a v8 model Futura or Sprint. I searched forums after forums trying to get as much info on these cars. This is where I came in and started my own research. So a few months of researching and saving up, she decided on the falcon she wanted, a 1963 falcon hardtop. I just never worked on any of the ford platform cars or had any background history on mods that are done to them. All the cars from the muscle car era's are badass to me. Just to be clear, I have nothing against any manufacturer and I also appreciate all muscle car platforms. I was a bit surprised and thrown off guard, haha. I asked what she liked hopping she would say 65 Nova or Chevelle. The answer is very simple, my wife felt left out that I was building a classic car to enjoy and now she wanted one. In parallel with this build I have another build, a 69 Camaro that is my never ending money pit project. I am new to fords, my background in classic cars has always revolved around the chevy platform. I will be starting a 1963 falcon restomod build project. If you're only interested in what I am building skip the story. If you're interested in my background story please proceed to my story below.

![]() In just a couple of years I went from doing my first amateur show in 2014 to competing at the 2017 Olympia, which is the biggest bodybuilding show in the world. ![]() So my competitive side kicked in and I decided I would give it a shot. After a few years of proper diet & training I heard about this new division that had just started, Mens Physique and thought to myself, this is actually an achievable and a desirable look. Once i was able to apply proper dieting & training based off science, my results skyrocketed and I was able to take my physique to new levels. At this point I switched my major from criminal justice to exercise science because I was fascinated with the human body and wanted to learn more about it and how I could apply this new knowledge to my own training. Shortly after joining the gym I feel in love with it and it became my passion, which lead me into the bodybuilding lifestyle. After graduating high school and not pursuing sports in college, I decided to join a gym to stay in shape. Growing up ive always played competitive sports, in high school, focusing on soccer and track year round. I’ve been where you are and I know how you feel, you may think it’s impossible and that life’s over but I can promise you it’s not and if you’re willing to put the work in, anything is possible! My life was saved and transformed because of one and now I live to help others who are in similar situations. My past and current experiences are what drive me to be an amazing trainer. From some of the worst times in my life to some of the best. I went from a 314 pound obese depressed kid, to a shredded 198 pound confident man. But with the help of my trainer Anthony Tumminello I did the unthinkable. I began to slowly but surely lose weight with the hope of one day competing as a bodybuilder, never knowing if It would be possible. It was then that I decided to make a change that would save my life. I remember sitting at the end of my bed in tears thinking that if I didn’t make a change I would surely die because of my obesity. Soon after I ended my football career and didn’t know what to do with myself. ![]() This was the heaviest I had ever been and the worst I ever felt. I stepped on the scale at football practice and saw the numbers 314 come up on the screen. This continued for most of my life until I finally reached my breaking point. I even broke a desk because I was so heavy. I had to wear size 44 pants and 3xl shirts to feel comfortable walking around high school. At doctors appointments I was told how I would soon develop diabetes if my habits didn’t change. Playing football I was forced to play with kids older than me where I still struggled to make weight. Ever since I can remember I have been over weight. But you could also say I was the fat kid. Growing up I was always involved in sports I guess you could say I was an athlete. ![]() With my substantial knowledge of fitness, functional movement and nutrition I am ready to help you and any individual with any fitness goals. After getting my personal trainer certification from NASM I pursued a full time position as a personal trainer. I’ve trained in countless gyms all over Long Island and NYC because I wanted to gain as much knowledge and information as I could to really perform and be at my best but also teach and help others to do the same. As a long term fitness enthusiast I decided to turn my passion into a career and apply all the knowledge I learned along the way into helping others. Hiring a personal trainer supplied me with extensive knowledge in weights, nutrition, alternative exercises, therapeutic measures and overall health and well-being. However, after 6 months of no progress towards my goals, I simply had enough! I finally got the courage to hire a personal trainer, this decision marked the most crucial and life-changing step in my health and fitness journey. I desperately wanted to hire a personal trainer, but at the time I was unsure if they could even help me as well as I was incredibly nervous to approach one. For example, I would run hours upon hours on a treadmill and make no progress. I only knew the basics about fitness, fat loss and nutrition. After months of strenuous effort I was struggling to say the least. About 10 years ago, I decided to join a gym and make these goals of mine reality. I wanted to become exceptionally strong, build muscle, lose body fat and most importantly live a healthier lifestyle. For the longest time I wanted to transform my personal physique into something it’s never been. ![]() Q: Can I enter non-winning NSJ tickets in Points for Prizes®?Ī: Yes.
